On December 6, 2010, Steve Handlos passed the last of three exams to qualify to apply to become an
enrolled agent. The application was submitted on December 8, 2010, and approved on February 3, 2011.
As an enrolled agent, Steve is qualified to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue
Service. This includes preparation of tax returns, and negotiating for taxpayers under audit or
facing collection actions by the IRS.
