A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve a room. The balance of the room rent must
be received 30 days before the check-in date. To reserve your dates call Steve at 843-873-2259 or
843-367-7609.
Note that Bluegreen time share resorts do not operate like a hotel. There is no daily maid service. The
room will be clean when you arrive, and you can request daily maid service or towel exchange for an
additional fee. There are no other taxes or fees other than telephone service, room services, and valet
parking. Valet parking is currently $12.00 per night.
